FIND A SKILLBRIDGE JOB AT MERCURY

The DoD SkillBridge program connects transitioning service members with industry partners like Mercury to train participants in the skills needed to be successful prior to departing the service. While supporting the program, we are able to offer multiple career paths, starting with entry or associate-level roles in production, supply chain, logistics, or engineering, making Mercury the ideal company for transitioning service members. 

During SkillBridge participation you continue to receive military compensation.

Eligibility

Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for SkillBridge. You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
  • Obtain approval from your unit commander.
