General Manager
“Mercury has provided me the opportunity to explore different roles and responsibilities in multiple functional areas within the organization. It also allowed me to expand my role to encompass not only what it was we did within the West Caldwell facility, but well beyond it.”
Ken Hermanny, general manager of microwave and mixed signal assemblies, came to Mercury in 2012 through the acquisition of Micronetics. Ken began his professional career as a co-op from Northeastern University and later as a full-time junior microwave engineer prior to the Mercury acquisition. While at Mercury, Ken was able to benefit from the many career opportunities offered and has held roles in engineering, operations, sales and program management, eventually working his way up to his current leadership role.
Sr. Princ. Product Marketing Manager
“At Mercury, I have a voice. Everyone has a say as a valued member of the Mercury team. That’s how, together, we are able to move forward so quickly and keep pace within an ever-changing technology industry.”
Shaza joined Mercury after the acquisition of Themis Computer, where she was a director of marketing. Based out of Fremont, CA, Shaza’s marketing skills were put to work immediately. In the time she has been with Mercury, Shaza has never shied away from a challenge and has strengthened her understanding of technology and the defense industry. At the same time, she expanded her marketing strategy, analytics and partner relationship (channel marketing) skills to carve out a niche for herself and grow within her role as a product marketing manager, a position that constantly challenges her.
