AM1053 5 GHz to 20 GHz LO Driver MMIC Amplifier

5 GHz to 20 GHz LO Driver Amplifier

AM1053 is a high dynamic range cascadable gain block covering the 5 GHz to 20 GHz frequency range. The device provides high gain and is capable of producing a +17 dBm output power with a single +3.3V supply. The device includes internal 50Ω matching and internal DC blocking all packaged in a 3mm QFN.

The AM1053 is one of three 5 GHz to 20 GHz amplifiers offered. The other two members of this family include the bypassable gain block AM1067 and the bypassable gain block with an isolation state AM1077. This family offers low noise figure, high third order intercept performance, and excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM1053.

Module includes field replaceable SMA Type K (2.9) input and output connectors in a rugged aluminum enclosure. Module also includes an input pin for DC module power through a feed-through capacitor and a corresponding ground pin connection. Module includes four mounting holes sized 4-40 that are threaded fully through from the bottom side of the module. AM1053-M is internally DC blocked.
