AM1063-1 DC to 10 GHz Gain Block MMIC Amplifier

DC to 10 GHz Gain Block

The AM1063-1 is a high dynamic range DC-coupled amplifier covering up to 10 GHz. The device exhibits a moderate positive gain-slope, providing frequency equalization useful in many broadband applications. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN the AM1063-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.

The AM1063 is also available in a 1.3mm x 2mm DFN form factor as the AM1063-2.
