AM1082 5 GHz to 17 GHz LO Driver MMIC Amplifier

5 GHz to 17 GHz LO Driver Amplifier

AM1082 is a high dynamic range cascadable gain block covering the 5 GHz to 17 GHz frequency range. The device provides high gain and output power across its bandwidth with a single +5.0V supply, useful for many LO driver applications. Packaged in a 3mm QFN with internal 50Ω matching and DC blocking capacitors, the AM1082 represents a compact total PCB footprint.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM1082.

Module includes field replaceable SMA Type K (2.9) input and output connectors in a rugged aluminum enclosure. Module also includes an input pin for DC module power through a feed-through capacitor and a corresponding ground pin connection. Module includes four mounting holes sized 4-40 that are threaded fully through from the bottom side of the module. AM1082-M is internally DC blocked.
