AM1084-2 DC to 6 GHz Miniature High Linearity MMIC Amplifier

DC to 6 GHz Miniature High Linearity Amplifier

The AM1084-2 is a DC-coupled high dynamic range amplifier covering up to 6 GHz. The device exhibits high second and third order intercept performance, excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range, and a moderate positive gain slope providing frequency equalization useful in many broadband applications. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 1.3mm x 2mm DFN, the AM1084-2 represents a compact total PCB footprint. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN, the AM1084-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.

The AM1084 is also available in a 3mm QFN form factor as the AM1084-1.
