AM1129 DC to 6 GHz Driver MMIC Amplifier

DC to 6 GHz High Linearity Gain Block

The AM1129 is a high dynamic range cascadable amplifier operating over the DC to 6.0 GHz frequency range. The device exhibits exceptional second and third order intercept performance as well as high P1dB and low noise figure. With only the need for one positive supply rail and packaged in a 3mm QFN, the AM1129 represents a compact total PCB footprint.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. Evaluation board includes AM1129.

Module includes field replaceable SMA input and output connectors. Module also includes two pins for voltage input through a feed-through capacitor and a corresponding ground connection. Module includes four mounting holes sized 4-40 that are threaded from the bottom side of the module.
