Mercury’s PIN-diode switch family spans the frequency range of 500MHz to 40 GHz and includes high-performance with optional integrated, high-speed TTL or CMOS controlled drivers all in a compact package. These high-reliability switches will maintain their performance in harsh environments and are repeatedly proven in mission-critical systems on platforms ranging from land to sea to air.
For applications require custom electrical and mechanical specifications, Mercury’s team of experienced engineers is ready to tackle the most complex designs. To speed the development cycle of custom hardware, Mercury utilizes advanced, non-linear modeling techniques and automated manufacturing processes.

Mercury’s family of single-pole, high-speed switches offers high-performance up to 18GHz. With integrated TTL or CMOS drivers, these switches are ready for easy integration into your next-generation system. The switches are available in military-grade hermetic or non-hermetic housings.
